If for whatever reason you are not happy with your Japanese stationery, please return it within 30 DAYS of delivery FOR A FULL REFUND to the value of the goods ordered, no questions asked!  We want you to be able to buy with confidence and completely happy with your purchase.

Please email us first at hello@japanstationery.com where you will be given a returns authorisation code to place in the returns parcel.

It is very important to request an authorisation code before returning goods to avoid delay in payment and to enable us to find your return request quickly.

For sale items, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt of goods that you wish to return for a refund and return it within 14 days.

We do not accept returns for exchange on any sale items after 14 days.

Please note:

International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the United Kingdom. For your security we advise you return any product via a tracked delivery service (with the appropriate cover level of insurance) and retain a receipt of postage for your own records. Japan Stationery is not responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, and we are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit. 

If an order is returned to us Unclaimed by you, from your local post office, we reserve the right to charge our postage costs on any refund.

Refund terms are subject to change under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the company.
