Handmade Inshu Washi Envelopes made in the south west of the main island in Japan. This region is lesser well known, but been making washi paper for over 1300 years and make top quality paper stationery. These envelopes are a Optic white in colour. Finished with sharp edges & ears on the envelope flap.
Inshu Washi using a unique mix of paper bush, kozo, and gampi fibres, that are grown locally in the region. It is the best quality calligraphy paper & card used in Japan. This unique mix of fibres takes calligraphy, Indian inks beautifully and is a great choice for fountain pen as well.
