1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
  • All products are batched together into “packs”. These packs contain multiples of the same item and can not be sold as separate items. These can be purchased from the consumer facing website if needed for a trial order.
  • Minimum buy of 10 packs in whatever combination of products you require. Any order below this amount will be refunded, or you will be requested to add to the order to make up to 10 packs. Delivery charges do not count towards this total and will be on top of this MOQ.  
2. Pricing & Discount
  • Pricing shown on the website is not negotiable and only the below discount terms are accepted.
  • Any order at or over £750 (GBP), or comparable amount in $ (USD) or € (EURO), will be entitled to a 5% discount on the whole order. This will be an automatic discount added at the checkout stage.
  • We constantly work with our suppliers to get the best prices possible and reserve the right to change our pricing without notice.
3. Payment Terms
  • Payment will be made in full before we ship your order.
  • Payment is made through the Wholesale section of our website. This can be using Paypal, Debit or Credit Card, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay or any other payment method stated during the checkout process.
  • We can accept Bank Transfer on a case by case basis if the above it not possible.
  • Lines of credit are not available.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
  • Returns are accepted up to 14-days from receipt of goods. The return shipment and liability of loss is bared by the buyer (you). You need to contact hello@japanstationery.com within the 14-day period.
  • Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you. Any damage during transit needs to be reported with photographic evidence within 24 hrs of receipt of goods. All claims shall be waived if they fall outside this timescale.
  • Faulty goods may need to be returned to us, along with a returns form, for inspection. Any returns are at your own cost and you will be responsible for the handling and shipping of the contents of your return. On receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect the products. If liability is accepted we will refund you for the cost of the goods and the reasonable return postage costs. Liability will never exceed the value of the goods.
  • All Import, VAT or customs charges incurred will not be refunded by us on Returned products. The buyer (you) will need to apply to your local customs office for a refund of these charges.
6. Shipping
  • The buyer (you) need to select the correct shipping charge and pay this along with your order. The choice is UK DELIVERY, EUROPE DELIVERY, REST OF WORLD DELIVERY depending on your geographical location.
  • All shipments are sent fully tracked and insured for damage.
  • All shipments will be sent out within 5 working days from payment.
  • Any order placed without Delivery charge will not be processed until this payment is made.
  • All Import, VAT or customs charges incurred will be beard by the buyer (you).
7. Ordering Process
  • All orders are to be made through our wholesale web portal without exception.
  • Invoicing will be sent separately once the order has shipped.
  • Transfer of risk passes from us to you once you have accepted delivery of the order. Ownership of the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full cleared funds of all sums due in respect of the order. We shall be entitled to recover payment for the goods even though ownership of any of the goods has not yet passed from us.
  • We make every effort to ensure that the images of the products on our website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to change any of our products without prior notification.
    Due to differences between individual monitors, the colours of products shown may be slightly different to their true colours.
    Images are used for illustrative purposes only and may not be identical to the product you receive.
Any copying of the material or content on www.japanstationery.com strictly prohibited unless permission is granted for selling purposes.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, accidents, acts of terrorism, war, fire, strikes, lock outs, failure of any communications including telecommunications or computer systems, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
